Membership Information

To become a member of the Central Arizona Chapter of the Association of Contingency Planners:

Complete and sign Membership Application and Code of Ethics.

Sign up online at : Online Membership Page

Enclose an $80.00 check payable to the Association of Contingency Planners (ACP). The National ACP will receive $50.00 and the Central Arizona Chapter will receive $30.00. Dues are good for 12 months from the date paid.

Code of Ethics:
All applications for membership in the Association of Contingency Planner (ACP) must be accompanied by a signed ACP Code of Ethics agreement form.

Corporate Officers:
ACP Corporate Officers are elected by the entire ACP membership. To become a candidate for ACP Corporate office, you must be an ACP member in good standing and served as a ACP Chapter Officer.
